PRICING, SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Everybody’s Hero cape prices are as follows:

***Measurements are from neck to hem***
Homework Heroes are $2 plus shipping.
Georgia residents will be charged state tax since I must pay taxes on the products sold in the state of Georgia.
SHIPPING
Shipping is priced according to total purchase price. Products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. U.S. orders will have a tracking number. If you would prefer a different method of shipment, please let me know when you prior to placing your order. Additional shipping rates may apply.
PAYMENT 
I accept payment through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is simple and quick to sign up for an account. PayPal is a safe and secure way of doing online payments. If you are unable to use PayPal, please contact me and we can work out payment through personal check. Please keep in mind that paying by check will delay your order as I will not begin making the cape until payment has cleared.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
My ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. Although I inspect each cape individually and thoroughly, I know I still may miss something. Since each cape is individually customized, I do not give refunds, although I will do everything I can to fix the problem. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue!
